With more than 10 years in Project Management of solar and thermal power plant worldwide, Ghita has acquired a recognized experience in Contract and Claim management. As Technical Manager for large scale utility, she acquired as well a strong background in Engineering and Construction. Ghita has a Master of Science in Engineering, Major in project management, with a Bachelor of Science in Physics.

Pascal has more than 30 years’ experience managing projects from origination to completion. His expertise includes feasibility study, engineering, procurement construction, commissioning, and operation of large-scale solar, thermal, and nuclear power plants He held senior management positions as well as executives’ in energy companies, working for Owners or General Contractors across the Globe, in France, USA and Asia Pacific.
